DESCRIPTION :
ColorTokens is looking for a smart and enthusiastic customer marketer who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and has a passion to deliver a compelling customer experience across all channels and tell our success stories to the world.
As a customer marketer at ColorTokens, you will be a part of an emerging marketing field that is a strategic priority to drive our competitive edge. You will build strong relationships with our customers and leverage our engagement with them to build brand advocates. And will directly benefit sales by increasing customer advocacy and identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities. You will also be responsible for creating multiple touch points for our existing customers, to ensure that their engagement with ColorTokens is driving value beyond the contract.
You will be a great fit for the role if you have:
A strong passion for understanding customer needs and building meaningful business relationships
Great communication skills and are looking to flex those creative muscles
Analytical skills to determine marketing RoI from customer initiatives
A strategic mindset to delivering customer experience by working with cross functional teams
Requirements and Skills:
MBA preferred with marketing as the core subject
Experience in Account Based Marketing, digital campaigns
Experience in Cybersecurity preferred
Able to write compelling stories and case studies
Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation and sales processes
Strategic responsibilities:
Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
Connecting with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
Tactical responsibilities:
Compose and send customer emails
Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates
Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
Manage annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization
Develop a customer lifecycle campaign.
