Job Description : Dear Candidates,Greetings!!We have an opening for Ecommerce Beauty Marketing ManagerKindly find the JD belowJob Description: Responsible for managing marketing budgets – driving marketing hygiene around tracking, reporting and control of marketing spendso Working with key stakeholders (internal and external) to drive execution of marketing planso Liaising with internal teams – social media, influencer marketing, public relations, e-commerce, and digital marketing to consistently deliver on the agreed objectives in the assigned timelineso Assist the brand manager in development and implementation of annual brand plans across brand(s) she/he would be responsibleo Lead projects in modern trade and e-commerceo Responsible for monitoring the brand(s) spending in accordance with allocated budgets and business performanceo Managing local fashion house(s) with their requirements and collaborationso Planning and overseeing inhouse training of BAs for new launches/refreshero Regular check on slow moving/to be discontinued lines and action to liquidateo Handle monthly MSA, V&C and Visual requirementso Drive each Brand in the Portfolio to build its equity, consumptions and loyalty to meet business objectives of the Organization, driving financial growth, productivity and profit along with the day-to-day management of merchandising, vendor management and customer experience.o Responsible for overall business management of the assigned Brands and ensure the development, implementation and Brand business plans to maximize sales and profits. Also, be responsible for co-strategizing and liaising with the Brand principals to ensure brandcommunication and penetration within the Region.o Owning the development of annual plans that drive business growth and brand health.o Meticulous budget management and operations precision, estimating market potential, planning launch quantities, Creating GTM (Go To Market) strategy for new productso Planning and managing consumer promotion budget, Development & execution of retail visibility initiatives, Collaborating with your Team Manager on the preparation of the presentations and reports on the key marketing successes.o New Product Launch & Activation Plans, as a Marketing manager responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaignso Analyse inputs from multiple sources including market trends and competitive activity and synthesize into clear business driving recommendations.o Anticipate situations and develop approaches that maximise the business opportunities; Integrate all marketing efforts (advertising, promotions, experiential, marketing assets…) within a consistent overall brand plan.o Track and analyses brand performance and initiatives, strategically analyse the brand’s strengths and opportunities vs. category trends/key competitors and identify growth areas.o Focus on global digital marketing strategy including social and website.o Developing marketing strategies and plans based on how consumers and shoppers make decisions and serving consumer needs to identify growth opportunities.o Manage and own the A&P budget, forecasting and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.o Strategically consider how best to activate the marketing strategies of the different brands within the portfolio and implement innovative support packages that assist the sales team in achieving market growth and share acceleration.o Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space, Familiarity with web design, Websitemanagement, good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.o Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.o Work closely with different teams to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.o Managed and coordinate digital advertisement with 3rd party marketing agency.o Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget, create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 7 years (Preferred)E-Commerce in Beauty Industry: 4 years (Preferred)Marketing in Beauty Industry: 6 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
