Position : Finance Manager
Job Description : · Responsible for overseeing a company’s financial transactions and information concerning budgets, income flows and mergers.· Monitor the organization’s income, expenses and investments, and they create and evaluate financial reports including cash-flow statements.· Must have knowledge about Banking and loan sector as he/she will be responsible for entire loan cycle.· To cut costs and maximize profits, finance executives collaborate with the organization’s other top executives to go over budgeting and taxes.· Managing records and receipts· Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions· Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams· Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.· Day to day accounting entries.· Should have good knowledge of Tally and MS- Office.· Prepare budget forecasts.· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.· Ensure timely bank payments.· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.· Having knowledge and experience of Filing TDS and GST returns.· TDS & GST Reconciliation.· Bank Reconciliation.· Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.· Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.· Performing other duties as assigned.· Support to Auditor during the audit.· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to the senior team.· Follow up on outstanding balances of Customers as and when required.· Any other work which is assigned by management.Criteria for eligibility: · Education: MBA Finance· Experience: 2-5 years· Knowledge of Tally and GST· Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 P.M.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Finance: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Gujarati (Required)Willingness to travel:50% (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
