Roles and Responsibilities
The Platform’s User Growth team leads growth initiatives with a data-driven and results-focused engineering and product mindset. We are seeking talented individuals who enjoy the intersection of product, data, design, and engineering to help us reach the next milestone of millions of users. Meanwhile, organic acquisition is an essential user growth domain to leverage a set of non-paid channels to drive organic app installs, within which SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is one of the most effective strategies and considered as a prominent way for potential users to discover and access.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for architecture design and core function development for the platform’s SEO, aiming at better search engine performance;
Lead SEO engineering team & help team members grow;
Set the product vision and strategy with PM team and oversee the engineering roadmap;
Participate in the strategy-making as a core member for the platforms user growth technical development.
Qualifications
5+ years of working experience in the industry with 2+ years of SEO-related experience;
In-depth knowledge of search engine ranking factors & optimization strategy. Proficient in designing SEO system architecture, with proven success in improving search engine performance; Strong knowledge of the design & application of distributed systems, eg. RPC, caching system, database.
