Position : Sr. Associate –Finance (Payroll) Full-Time

Job Description : Job role :
Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings.
Handling employees’ tax calculations based on investment proofs.
Handling compliance related to EPF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other applicable Acts. Coordinate with the HR team, PF consultant, and other internal and external teams. Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes.
Processing employee reimbursement and benefits, ensuring that everything follows as per organizational policy.
Calculating bonuses like Retention, referral, and gratuity as per company policy and applicable Act. Record payroll data in Tally ERP and reconcile ledger balance MOMAbility to review current salary structure and make a new salary structure as per organizational policy and Government laws. Performing Periodic Internal Payroll Audits. Preparing
Documents for External and Internal Auditors. Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in payroll accounting.
Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance
Should have good communication (both spoken & written) skills Proficient in advanced MS-Excel and spreadsheet.Ability to handle confidential information.Good knowledge of EPF, ESI, and Gratuity Act, ESOP, other applicable Acts. Must have knowledge of Advance Excel, Great computational ability, Accounting Principles, and Tally ERP.
