Proven experience working in a technical writing position.
Performing all the technical documentation task within the given timeframe.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Created mock-up for contribution into the SRS.
Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
Skilled at prioritization and multitasking.
Ability to work in tight deadlines, and handle pressure situation.
Experience in interaction with US clients on a regular basis.
Ability to organize, track, and maintain large number of volumes.
Quick learning skills (various processes in each stage of documentation).
Knowledge on Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC).
Should have good knowledge on Technical Publication and related Tools.
Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
Skilled at prioritization and Multi-Tasking.
Plan, Develop, Organize, Write And Edit operational procedures and manuals
Maintain a comprehensive library of Technical Terminology and Documentation.
Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented.
Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for reader comprehension and write technical information accordingly.
