Job Purpose
Single point of contact for all the external audit and compliance related activities
Review and manage the risk posture of organization
Engage with various stakeholder to discuss on the risk and mitigation plan
Ensuring continuous compliance with regulatory, statutory, company policies and industry standards

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Understanding applicable regulations, guidelines and industry best practices to manage risk and ensure compliance
Developing, maintaining, or auditing security documentation such as policies, standards, and procedures
Conducting internal security assessments to ensure continued compliance
Manages and supports Information Security Risk Management Life-cycle
Provide adequate security and compliance against ISO, PCI DSS standards and other statutory requirements
Identifies and formally documents deviations from published standards, estimates risk level, recommends appropriate mitigation countermeasures in operational and non-operational situations
Works with other teams to monitor appropriate security controls to address new and emerging threats
Provide functional support to users related to Risk Assessment module to complete assessment
Serves as a security risk subject matter expert on project teams and provide guidance regarding information security
Communicate audit status and issues to respective teams in an efficient manner

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Graduate /Postgraduate with 10 – 12 years of full-time in Cybersecurity & Risk Compliance Domain experience
Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Information Security Assessment & Audits
Stakeholder engagement and management
Leadership, Team building and training
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications
ISO 27001:2013 Lead auditor/Lead implementer
CISA/CISM/CISSP
Performed at least one end to end risk assessment

Years of Experience
10 – 12 years of full-time in Information Security Management
