And that means eliminating everything that stands in the way – chemicals, additives, long supply chains, large tracts of farmland, and warehouses that burn resources and energy.Job Summary: We are looking for an Associate Vice President of Finance responsible for developing and directing the company’s analytical and financial plans and policies. In this role, you will evolve our planning and forecasting processes, report on metrics, and drive business insights to optimize company growth.Duties and Responsibilities: · Co-develop strategies and lead Strategic plans, Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting with focus on business drivers and KPIs.· Establish intelligent business reports to streamline the financial and operations MIS.· Drive Performance, provide real-time strategic and decision support through thought leadership and insightful actionable analytics and be a change agent with operating teams.· Oversee commercial process for Terms of Trade with Vendors / Suppliers on areas of Pricing, Merchandising, Visibility, Listing, Trade Schemes, etc.· Manage transaction processing, monthly book closure with emphasis on quality, timelines, controls etc.· Meeting business & audit/statutory requirements.· Compliance management and effective tax planning.· Pre-empt and solve potential audit issues, manage stakeholder relationships while setting high corporate governance standards.· Identify and lead Working Capital Improvement opportunities/plans/actions & effectively manage treasury.· Champion simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities and lead these projects.Required Qualifications: · Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.· 8-15 years of work experience, preferably in FMCG with a turnover of 50-100cr/PA.· Strong communication & presentation skills along with ability to work with peers and counterparts / multi-location setup.· High quotients of commercial acumen, leadership, result orientation, collaboration etc are a must.· Should have very strong fundamentals and accounting concepts.· Should have excellent communications skills and leadership abilities.· Familiarity with at least one ERP/ accounting software.· Flexible with the ability to solve problems, to take decisions and to accept responsibility.Compensation & EquityWe recognize that our dedicated team members are what make us successful.
