Compound Genetics is one of the hottest brands in cannabis. We are a rapidly growing company with many future opportunities for growth as we scale. We provide cannabis genetics to Cookies, Kahlifa Kush, 2 Chains, and other exclusive partnerships. We are the creators of Jet Fuel Gelato, The Menthol, Pave, Marshmallow OG, Pink Certz and many other exotic strains. We have primarily distributed our prized genetics as seeds, but we are now branching out into the flower market. This role would be pivotal in our bulk wholesale flower sales, and potentially our branded product go to market. We are looking for a Sales Representatives to support our wholesale flower distribution and brokering directly to licensed distributors, white label brands and potentially dispensaries/non-store front and developing key accounts in the growing Northern and Southern California markets.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
– Knowledge of cannabis products and industry are a must. Preference for familiarity with Compound Genetics cultivars and crosses.
– Ability to work independently and in a positive attitude!
– Strategic thinker and problem solver
– Manage and can bring a pipeline of cannabis buyers, brokers, and white label clients to the table
– Professionally represent our brands and educate buyers on our company and product lines
– Brings an active rolodex of buyers and brokers to facilite immediate sales opportunities
– Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
– Track your daily activities, cold calls and drop by
– Ability to understand clients needs and adapt accordingly
– Attending social events to expand your network in the industry
– Provide reports and updates weekly to the head of sales and team
– Must be extremely self-motivated and set own schedule with intention and discipline
This person will target and service both new and existing customers, prepare proposals, generate sales orders, and process jobs for execution
