Job Description : Summary

The Park Hyatt Chicago, our founding Park Hyatt hotel, opened its doors in 1980 and has since been celebrated for its sophisticated design, world-renowned service & culinary experience and an impressive private art collection just steps from the famed Magnificent Mile. Following a $60 million dollar renovation of our guestrooms, suites and public areas, we are excited to reopen summer 2022 with a reimagined guest experience.

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the hotel and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The Communications Center Agent must work well handling a high volume of calls. The Communications Center Agent should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in basic computer skills
Customer service experience preferred
