Overview:
MTV Entertainment Group – which is made up of a portfolio of iconic brands such as MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Network, VH1, CMT, Smithsonian and more! We also work with award-winning MTV Entertainment Studios with a roster of #1 hits that includes: Yellowstone and its successful franchises – 1883 and Mayor of Kingstown on Paramount+, South Park, RuPaul’s Drag Race, The Challenge, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, and the Jersey Shore franchise to name a few! We are looking for an energetic, hard-working and passionate coordinator to join the team and work on our linear and streaming franchises. The candidate will dual report to two LA-based Vice Presidents and provide overall administrative support and assist in the development and implementation of communications campaigns across the portfolio including series on linear and on Paramount+ as well as tentpoles.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including expense reports, scheduling, et al.
Assist in preparing for presentations, meeting agendas, research, and itineraries
Update and maintain media lists and press contact information
Help comprise and distribute press releases, programming notes and media alerts
Provide support for Festivals/Conferences/Events/Awards for shows that fall under VPs
Tracking/organizing awards deadlines/submissions for shows that fall under VPs
Manage subscriptions, order department office supplies
Maintain the press websites for all brands including content, layout, and copy
Help as needed at events such as press junkets, press screenings and tentpoles
Assist with MTVE Newsletter – Compiling, drafting, editing and distribution
Show moments blast – Created, outlined, compiled, drafted, edited, and distributed
Use Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
Work with other team coordinators where needed (blasts, reports, clips, schedules)

Basic Qualifications:
1 + years of experience in a related field (strong internship experience considered)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and shift at a moment’s notice
Must be very organized with great attention to detail
Thrive in a teamwork environment
