Job Description : Crazy Fox Creations Lucknow is looking for an experienced and talented Graphic Designer for its eCommerce division to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers and writers. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design various email and social media campaigns.Create layouts, fonts, and images to create usable and aesthetically pleasing layouts.Create designs for leaflets, flyers, posters, branding stationaries, website layouts, app layouts, etc.Balance exciting design with superior campaign performance and brand guidelines.Should be good at editing original, high-quality, compelling visual content.Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Create and develop multimedia content for the internal company, external promotional social graphics, product marketing images, corporate and other enterprise-wide projects.Coordinate with other departments as content, web development, MIS, sales, Social Media, etc.Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to come up with new designs and optimize existing designs for various marketing campaigns.REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelor’s degree, certification, or diploma in graphic design or closely related discipline.2-3 years (post-college) experience in a graphic design role.Hands-on experience of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Elements, Corel Draw, or similar toolHands-on experience in Social Media / Digital DesignsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work flexibly and towards tight deadlinesAbility to prioritize and manage workload effectivelyJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Design: 2 years (Preferred)
