This position will be based in Sales and Marketing center in Pune. The Creative CoE is part of SMC (Eaton Sales and Marketing Centre) in Pune, India.We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead who own and manage the creative concepts into compelling visual stories through infographics/concept design. You will be a self-motivated and innovative designer. Ideal candidates will be a master of their craft in the graphic design as well as a team member who strives to create and also provide creative direction on projects.

The Ideal candidates must have a keen eye for design and be passionate about delivering ideas.

As Creative Lead, you will meet with stakeholders to discuss and establish project objectives in terms of visualization. Based on the requirement you will, develop the design, present, and further oversee the project from the start to the end. In addition to possessing extensive knowledge of graphic design concepts and software, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills. The individual will guide the members of the team in the conceptualization/ideation process.
It is essential for you to be a creative and communicative multitasker who is capable of working assigned projects and managing projects and time effectively. You should be perceptive, detail-oriented, and able to develop the idea and bring it to life. The ability to translate the business requirements into actionable items such as visually appealing layouts, creative layouts, and infographics is crucial.
This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Identify market trends, customer voice, and competitive landscape to develop compelling concepts.
Understand the project requirements from business, present concept options, provide creative guidance and inputs from concept to final artwork independently, build the initial frameworks to attain final outcome.
Create visually engaging and compelling stories through visual design and concepts.
Interface with stakeholders to learn their business goals and areas of research and then translate those ideas into innovative ideas and motion concepts for yourself or for others to execute.
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
Be innovative while working within brand guidelines, templates and the creation of layouts, presentation and design styles.
Elevate the work at every stage of the process by providing feedback to work in progress, and ensure the consistency, brand relevance, and quality of the finished product.
Conduct brainstorming sessions/Design Thinking practices with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
Present and oversee final concepts, and obtain buying from the Stakeholder or Global Brand Team.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction.
10 years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting.
Master’s degree in marketing or business will be added advantage.
Expert knowledge on design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Expert knowledge on MS office application for Presentations.
Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping.
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget.
Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print.
Proven experience with concept development.
Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
