Roles and Responsibilities
Objective
Trainee Coordinator will ensure all data pertaining to the customer master data records are set up & Maintained in SAP with complete accuracy. This position implements processes and governance to ensure data integrity, data standards and change management. Also responsible for coordinating, analyzing & uploading cross reference data for the product divisions & Distribution
Some of the responsibilities are:
Process files containing sales leads and 3rd party data to identify matching customer
accounts
Cleanse data to ensure information being loaded is accurate and properly matchedCreate and maintain customer master data records within a 24-hour timeframeIdentify and reject duplicate customer master data requestsReview, confirm and validate master data changesAggressively pursue all information required for the timely completion of work assignmentsResearch, Collect and format competitive information to populate for use in cross reference programs.Identify opportunities to add cross reference information such as new competitors, regional distributors, acquisitions, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor& degree preferredSAP knowledge is a plus.Must have strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skillsStrong written and oral communication skills are requiredAbility to work independently and proactivelyAbility to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlinesHighly organizedStrong follow up skills are requiredProblem solving skills are required
