About the Team:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Designer to join TikToks Creative Studio in Los Angeles. Working closely with our diverse team of in-house creatives you will be part of a studio working across a host of touch points.
If you’re obsessed with all things creative, oscillate from concept to execution seamlessly and think/move at the speed of culture, we’d love to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
Work on 360 marketing campaigns and developing systems with strong conceptual drivers
Work independently and collaboratively to develop compelling creative solutions aligning within the TikTok design system
Work with internal teams to produce work and external partners providing guidance
Be a steward of the TikTok brand guidelines
Conduct research and create trend guides to support current and future projects
Continually raise the bar for design excellence
Perform project updates, revisions, and maintenance as required
Close collaboration across the Brand & Creative team, including art directors, writers, editors, strategists and producers
Qualifications
3-5 years work experience as a graphic designer or related position
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
Ability to flex across a broad range of creative styles
Understanding of design elements: color, composition as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends
Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly
Attention to detail. This goes without saying but we’re saying it just in case
Must be dependable, positive, open-minded and posses the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and visually
Understanding of print and digital processes
