Job Description : Job Description -1. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency2. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy3. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels4. Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies.5. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.6. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.7. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience .8. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn 9. Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.10. Monitor SEO AND User engagement and suggest content optimization 11. Well versed about social media ads and campaigns.12. Able to manage and train a team.Requirements -1. 4-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role2. Experience developing social media strategies.3. Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.4. Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions5. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices6. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics7. Good time-management skills8. Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills9.
