Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Design and execute a technology framework to support Digital Transformation (DT).
Envisioning the digital roadmap for new technology.
Engage with cross functional teams across the Organization & understand the business
requirements.
Deliver digital products, mapping with the vision/ objectives of the Organisation.
Closely coordinate with the Executive leadership to ensure successful execution and
monitoring of set targets.
Be Accountable for resource planning, reporting and overall management and coordination
of digital projects/initiatives in the organization.
Manage the program for digital transformation and ensured they are delivered within the
agreed quality standards, risk parameters, timelines and budgets.
Advice on best practises about technology and processes while interacting with staff and
stakeholders who are engaged in Mentoring & Entrepreneur development function
Other duties included vendor management, partner network management, Internal IT
Support.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience, Competencies and Behaviours:
Experience of working with Digital Marketing tools and strategy would be an added
advantage.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with AI, Machine Learning and Robotics is a plus
The Successful Applicant should be adept on working with new technology, could be from
any industry.
Self-motivated, result-oriented and pro-active professional.
High level of professionalism and self-confidence.
Flexible approach to working with others.
Energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the role.

Excellent written communication skills (essential).
