Project: This is a residential and retail development with a BUA of approximately 1.4 million sq. ft. in Pune. Its building configuration includes: 5 podium floors + 30 floors + 1 fire check. Floor (T1, T2) – 3 podium floors + 30 floors + 1 fire check floor (T3).
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day to day administration of the document management system.
Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements.
Performing a comprehensive quality check on each document and associated documents, following the programme defined documents protocols.
Ensuring the team’s adherence to the processes and procedures and providing guidance when a deviation occurs.
Performing periodic quality checks to the system registers.
Supporting the team on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
Producing quantitative, status and analysis reports.
About you
You will have a relevant degree qualification and a member of a professional body. You have experience in the residential development sector.
You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
