Elastic is looking for a high-energy, go-getting, Global Corporate Card Administrator with strong communication and Excel skills to help roll out a global corporate card program. In this role you will run our corporate card program ensuring compliance with Elastic’s corporate card and T&E policies. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with a proven working knowledge of AP Travel, Expense and Corporate Card operations. This is a new role that reports to the T&E Supervisor in the Finance Shared Services group in Bangalore, India. It’s imperative that you enjoy working from home, or an unaffiliated co-working space if you do not live adjacent to an Elastic workplace.

What You Will Be Doing:
Assist with development and roll out of global corporate card programs and system integrations
Review and approve corporate card and out of pocket expense reports submitted in Concur daily, reviewing for proper expense coding, description, and documentation
Champion compliance with T&E and corporate card processes, policies and controls, ensuring cardholders and approvers complete monthly responsibilities timely and accurately, raising and resolving issues effectively
Execution of card application, suspension, cancellation, late payment follow up and statement reconciliation activities per Elastic’s policies; maintain electronic card member files for canceled cards with outstanding balances
Contribute to key policies and user training guides and educate employees on the travel and expense reimbursement processes

If that’s you, hopefully you also have:
5+ years of professional corporate card program administration experience, preferably with global and public company experience
Experience in SaaS or technology industry is preferred
Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to be flexible and accommodate some overlap working hours with US timezone
Deep understanding of global T&E and Corporate Card programs, including experience with implementing new programs and processes
Proven understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to enhance performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred, and Google Workspace
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
