Previously, the trio built a successful in-app messaging startup that was acquired by Freshworks (NASDAQ: FRSH) in 2015.Rocketlane stood at https://www.producthunt.com/posts/rocketlane on Product Hunt immediately on its product launch in June 2021 and is now building a global and a diverse workplace to empower passionate problem-solvers to innovate, collaborate, do their best work and see the next phase of hyper growth together!What’s the opportunity?With a product that has accomplished strong, early product-market fit, we’re building a Global Sales team and are looking to hire an exceptional, dynamic and driven sales professional to play a key role to help grow the business globally.The ideal candidate would be an independent, ambitious individual and able to stand out in an entrepreneurial environment with great communication skills.What will I be doing?Achieve monthly targets on sales qualified leads (SQLs) and help build pipeline for sales teamsScheduling the most qualified and productive demos while also providing in-depth information to the Inside Sales teamOwn prospecting, sales qualification & initial customer calls to ensure the team meets annual revenue targetsRespond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries received from phone, chatbots and landing pagesEnsure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM applicationResearch accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunitiesContact all new leads in the CRM system within 24-48 hours. Close/ assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales rep depending on deal size.Be highly organised and meticulous in maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRMManage the complete inbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify themIdentify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makersTee up leads that will turn into the business through persistenceIt is a complete end-to-end sales cycle like starting from doing the first call to explaining, sharing information, and finally closing the prospect customer.What skills and experience do I need?Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization concisely and passionatelyAbility to break down a prospect’s requirements and effectively communicate internally to other teamsAbility to think on your feet – you are someone who can figure out creative ways to continuously engage with new prospects while maintaining a positive and energetic personaYou are ruthlessly organized and data-driven, measuring every step of the sales process and can figure out ways to scale it to the next levelAbility to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationshipsYou enjoy working smart and learning ways to constantly push your productivity higherYou enjoy constructive feedback and are coachableYou are self-driven, resilient, persistent, enjoy problem-solving, and are a team player that shares tribal knowledgeUnderstanding of the B2B SaaS products and the decision-making process in SMB/mid-market enterprises would be a plusWhat’s in it for me?:Great Opportunity: Rocketlane genuinely cares about everyone we hire.
