JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is required to support business users of LN, to ensure they can perform their business activities without interruptions, and also ensure the system is configured and used in the right way. A user might have issues in accessing required systems/environments, potentially due to authentication, Role authorization etc. Consultant is expected to communicate/assist the users to resolve the issues. Additionally this role is expected to resolve issues with configuration of Infor OS, IFS and other Infor applications for Role/Authorization information sync and SSO. User satisfaction is the key measures of success for this role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibilities of the role would include, but may not be limited to the following
· Monitor the incident management system regularly for any new issues and respond acknowledging the receipt of incident within agreed response SLA (service level agreement)Troubleshoot and Resolve user security issues and communicate to the user.
IFS roles maintenance
Perform New user creation and authorizations updates
Monitor user/role sync issues with applications where relevant
When needed collaborate with user via emails, phone, screen share or other means to arrive at appropriate solution
Regular update on incident to ensure the user knows what actions are taken on incidents
Additional responsibilities may include the followingAssist in implementation projects when deemed necessary, for maintaining user roles and security
Support all environments like DEM, TRN, TST/UAT & etc. as needed
Review the role setup and make improvements.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years of experience in Configuring IFS roles and security for LN cloud suites. Must have worked on a customer/business users facing role
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Below set of skills/knowledge is a must for this role
· Knowledge in LN CE Administration, specifically on the User and security managementKnowledge in Infor OS, IFS configuration, and configuring application specific security requirements.
Ability to trouble shoot user access/permission issues and resolve
Strong communication/collaboration skills to work with end users
PREFERENCES
Candidates with following skills/knowledge will have an edge.
· Knowledge on Infor GRCKnowledge on configuring security for applications like Factory Track, PLM Discrete or Supplier exchange
Experience in supporting applications and incident management tools
Ability to review role setup and suggest improvements.
Experience in automating processes to avoid repetitive tasks
