The Job Role
First and Second level support of information system across AMPLEXOR group entities, by telephone or email, with special focus to office 365 tools.
Qualification, Documentation and resolution of functional support requests/incidents.
Coordination of requests, including routing and monitoring of level 3 requests.
Adaptation of configuration items according to the users’ need.
Specification and analysis of application changes according to user requirements.
Coordination and execution of test scenarios for new releases, including set-up of test plans
Writing and updating of documentation (user administration and training manuals).
Coordination, Set-up and execution of trainings.

Exigences:
Degree in Information Technology and Computer Engineering or similar Engineering degree
You can evaluate, plan, prioritize and organize the workload in relation to the incidents impact
Provable knowledge of office 365 applications (preferential extended to corresponding admin centres of each application)
Knowledge in share point design and in Microsoft office compliance technical features is a plus.
Experience in using an issue tracking & reporting system.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Excellent trouble shooting skills.
Strong on documentation and organisation,
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner and collaboratively with others.
Excellent knowledge of English language
