Job Description : Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Hybrid)
Role:

We are looking for creative, intelligent and progressive Instructional Designers who all add firepower to Jombay’s Development Journeys practice. Jombay designs, develops and delivers bespoke and modern learning solutions to cater to behavioral and leadership development needs of its clients.

Key Expectations:
Experience: Minimum 4 years in the L&D domain, either as a consultant or as a line manager, with a solid understanding of behavioral development, instructional design, adult learning principles, leadership development among others.
Knack of thinking creatively/differently – when it comes to content and communication

Believe that L&D space is ripe for disruption and an integrated virtual classroom + tech model supported by fresh content and fresh formats (for ex. Game based learning) is the way forward

Excellent at understanding customer needs, handling objections, influencing them and offering them a delightful experience

Process oriented, multi-tasker and go-getter!

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Intelligent, ambitious and willing to work in a passionate, high-growth, impact-oriented environment

Immediate joinees preferred

Responsibilities:

Work on all components of the ADDIE Framework – Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation

Consult Jombay’s customers on development journeys (run in a time-spaced manner for 3/6/9 months) which are delivered in a blended manner – VILTs, app-based bite-sized learning, experiential learning, action learning projects, coaching and mentoring

Conduct stakeholder conversations / FGDs to understand the client context and audience profile and make sure program objectives are aligned, solutioning is done right, implementation is seamless and effectiveness is ensured Refer to Kolb’s learning cycle to develop experiential learning modules

Grasp complex industry specific information and create suitable case studies and role play scenarios for skill practice

Participate hands-on in Content Design, Development and QA as per program need

Liaison with key stakeholders like client, BD team, external facilitators, vendors, tech team to create and deliver a wow learning experience for the end users – the learners Source, empanel, and upskill facilitators, SME’s, and L&D Partners as per program need

Conduct Train-the-Trainer & Teachback sessions aimed at equipping facilitators on Jombay’s program methodology and content

Keep self and colleagues updated on some of the latest learning and leadership development trends
