Job Description : About ZenOnco.io:

ZenOnco.io is the World’s First Integrative Oncology health-tech platform with a vision to save lives of cancer patients. We provide end-to-end care to cancer patients regarding both medical as well as complementary treatment to improve their quality of life and increase chances of cure.
We educate patients, help them design their treatment roadmap, standardize service providers, facilitate treatment for last-mile service delivery, connect with other survivors, and do regular follow-ups. We are leveraging technology to do this in a scalable manner. We were recognized at ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) for launching the World’s first tool to generate free directional Integrative Oncology treatment reports (ZIOPAR). We have also launched India’s first community platform CANNECT App to connect cancer patients, survivors & caregivers (akin to Quora for Integrative Oncology).

Role responsibilities:

Collect, observe and document patient’s medical data
Understanding medical reports shared by patients and share findings with team of in-house doctors & counsellors
Preparing case summaries for consulting oncologists & doctors
Serve as the primary point of contact for relevant stakeholders
Ensure documentation formalities related to the patient treatment are assessed and accurate
Prepare outcome reports for patients based on oncologists’ recommendations and the patient’s medical history
Educate patients over call on the outcome of oncologists’ recommendations
Co-ordinating with in-house team for effective patient care

Required Candidate Profile:

Any Graduate or experience as Medical assistant/ Doctor’s assistant/ Physician Assistant/ Medical Transcriber
Knowledge or experience in Oncology
Good understanding of Medical terminologies and ability to read Cancer patient reports
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
