An Medical Scribe Trainer be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members to ensure delivery of services and achieving quality and client satisfaction. An trainer should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. This is a critical role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
Qualifications:
Qualification / Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 2-year Medical Scribe experience.
Minimum 1-year experience in mentorship, coaching, or teaching.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English, ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Experience across multiple specialties and subspecialities.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Able to work independently.
Solid time management skills.
Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 or other cloud-based productivity tools.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Provide feedback and mentorship to Medical Scribe trainees on their documentation.
Lead remote Medical Scribe training workshops.
Lead feedback sessions to underperforming new hires.
Coordinate and lead performance improvement plans with underperforming potential new hires.
Improve proactive and timely communication to Medical Scribe trainees and new hires.
Provide feedback and institute positive changes to the current training structure and program.
Assist when needed to create new training materials.
Daily debriefs, weekly training meetings and weekly training simulation meetings.
Adapt seamlessly to changes in training process.
