Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Join us as a Team Leader in MyHRS&S team, reporting into GCC Lead / VP.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Operations Management – Operations and team supervisor with end-to-end responsibility for operations of assigned team of 5-10 team members. Activities involve operations planning, resourcing, training, ensuring deliveries as per defined SOPs, managing case queue for assigned team, act as go to person and operational expert for the junior team members.
People Management – people managing assigned resources, act as a mentor, responsible for their engagement, performance management and enabling growth within CS
Stakeholder Engagement – actively engage with partners across geographies, develop understanding of their needs and deliver as per agreed SLAs
Analytical abilities – ability to use data to maintain control over processes, identify-opportunities to improve. Use data to demonstrate process improvement
Automation/Transformation – participate in driving initiatives to reduce waste and create efficiency to help improve employee lifecycle

Operations Team, responsible for enabling HR core process for Credit Suisse employees. The broader MyHR S&S team consists of 250 colleagues, and we are all passionate about HR topics and love to work collaboratively. Your skills and experience
We are looking for:

10+ years of relevant experience
Experience in HR Service center operations in large matrixed organizations along with experience in working with multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred
Proficient in Excel, a Six Sigma/Lean certification will be an added advantage
Outstanding analytical problem solving skills approach to collate data, draw inference and present with recommendations along with action plan, as well as proven experience in improvement and/or automation of processes
Open to working in all shifts, as well as work in a fast paced environment
Outstanding feedback skills, Should have managed people directly in the past should be aware of dynamics of people management & development
Ability to plan and organize, can perform analysis of performance data, find opportunities for improvement and demonstrate impact over time
Able to logically prioritize tasks and work schedules in advance
Ensures processes and control are aligned to established procedure (SOP’s), protocols
Can build and maintain positive working relationships with partners across regions, ability to work across cultures
Proficiency of basic business vocabulary/HR glossary
Able to suggest potential improvements in productivity/efficiency in processes
Preventive than reactive, solution oriented
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also delivering on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
