Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:Sourcing candidate profiles through various sources based on hiring requirements.Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking SystemOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Candidate Profile:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role for 3+ years.
Must be comfortable working in fast paced, high growth environment.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Right attitude to multiple
Must have experience in Non IT hiring.
Must have experience in bulk recruitment
Work from Office only
