Job Description : Position Overview: The Online Engagement Client Advisor is an elite sales position within the Sales Service Division. This is a remote opportunity, for an individual that is commutable to a Tiffany & Co. retail location in the Southern California area. The remote Online Engagement Client Advisor will need to live in close proximity to a retail location, with the ability to be in the store at times. This sales professional holds the critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in each and every customer interaction. This individual will manage sophisticated customer transactions across all product categories, while specializing in diamond and high-end jewelry to exceed individual sales plan, and build Brand Loyalty with new and existing customers. They will convey passion for Tiffany & Co. in every conversation, employ client development outreach and follow-up, and consistently deliver the Tiffany Experience through service excellence. This individual must possess advanced level diamond knowledge, selling skills, and be an excellent communicator and brand ambassador via telephone and in writing.
Key Accountabilities:
The remote Online Engagement Client Advisor will need to live in close proximity to a retail location, with the ability to be in the store at times.
Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan
Consistently achieve or exceed individual monthly sales plan by delivering The Tiffany Experience to each customer and developing strong and enduring client relationships.
Utilize exemplary strategic selling skills and consultative dialogue, as outlined in the Quality Monitoring Program, to identify and meet customer needs through email and telephone interactions and convert customer contacts into sales.
Appropriately partner with colleagues when necessary to successfully close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Clienteling
Execute proactive strategic outreach to existing and potential new customers to capitalize on sales and future client development opportunities.
Utilize customer engagement and outreach tools /initiatives to convey messages of appreciation and personalizing future client development opportunities. (i.e., Compass, E-Cards, Thank You Notes, CRM programs and proactive Holiday Outreach.
Efficiency and Productivity
Display expertise using multiple systems within a multi-tasking environment to manage calls, written correspondence, and business processes within appropriate timeframes and service level metrics.
Ensure full utilization of Compass to capture meaningful customer data in real time to allow for accurate reporting and customer relationship management. This includes recording customer touch points, and opportunity related activities, tasks, and events for all customers.
Support and engage in additional business initiatives as needed.
Service Excellence
Deliver the Tiffany Experience to every customer by engaging them in an interaction that results in the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Create loyalty to the Tiffany brand through consistent high-quality communication as measured by internal scorecard metrics and external customer feedback programs.
Contribute to a positive, growing team sales environment.
Schedule Adherence
Adhere to Tiffany & Co. Attendance Policy as it relates to unexcused absences, lateness, and early departures.
