About the Team:
We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator who will work closely with Product and Operational teams to coordinate the execution of complex business needs and ongoing product maintenance. You must be capable of sorting through many competing priorities, executing with precision, and succeeding in a complex and fast-paced environment. This role will liaise with the Product, Engineering, Content, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding of new stakeholders to internal platforms/initiatives
Manage approval process for 3rd party partners
Assist live streaming events and serve as operational point of contact
Manage testing workflows for existing feature experiments
Handle regular operational requests from internal teams
Facilitate and triage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues
Team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization
1+ years of experience working in operational capacity that involves heavy cross-functional team collaboration
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Strong interest in entertainment and digital content; understanding of the media landscape and major trends in the industry
Bachelors degree preferred
