What you’ll be doingMaking critical-business decisions: breaking down complex business cases and backing up reasoning using advanced analysis.Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritize, and setting a timeline to reach goals quicklyAs a leader of a large and growing team, you will be responsible for your people development, guide them and work with them to unlock their full potentialYou will lead by example, resolving the toughest of issues from customers and ensuring that your team consistently delivers at a high levelInteracting and collaborating with teams from different regions and cities across the globe, with the overall aim of constantly improving our level of service provided to our customers. This might include exceeding on agreed service levels, suggesting improvements to support logic, or crafting structures to best run our support operationsOwning business line metrics; improving people’s performance, including rate and quality of decisionsProposing, developing and implementing systems, programs and processes that strengthen the foundation of WOW service excellence to our customers
What you’ll needAt least a 2:1 degree from a top university0-7 years of work experience in an engineering, structured, KPI-focussed environment (including but not limited to Outsourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail)Readiness to step out of your comfort zone and competitive spirit which drives you to succeedHype-logical thinking and outstanding attention to detailsThe magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with dataNatural curiosity and will to make an impactThe ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute it
Nice to haveA STEM degree (Engineering / Physics / Mathematics / Chemistry / Economics / Finance)Data tool experience SQL / Python / RStart Up / Tech / Tier 1 Consulting Experience
