Job Description : A Real Estate investment company located in Century City is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper.
Ideal candidate
– Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to grasp concepts quickly
– Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Quick books (this is a must).
Duties include,
– Bookkeeping and Recording financial transactions with Quickbooks.
-Process account receivables and Payables
-Bank statement and credit card reconciliations.
– Organize and prepare expense reports from time to time.
