Job Description : Job Information:

You will process customer inquiries and complaints in social media in the appropriate language and tonality, including de-escalation if necessary

You ensure the answering and documentation of simple to complex telephone and written customer inputs (timetable and tariff questions as well as praise, suggestions and complaints).

You are responsible for obtaining information from the internal and external departments involved

Ensuring a high level of customer and complaint satisfaction as a measure to increase customer loyalty is one of your strengths

Job Requirements:
Training and further education as a social media manager would be an advantage for you
You have already gained some experience in the field of social media
You have a strong customer orientation
Your strengths include good communication skills as well as very good verbal and written expression for the understandable and precise formulation of complex issues
We expect you to have a very good feel for language, enjoy customer contact and telephony
