Job Description : About ZenOnco.io:
ZenOnco.io is the World’s First Integrative Oncology health-tech platform with a vision to save lives of cancer patients. We provide end-to-end care to cancer patients regarding both medical as well as complementary treatment to improve their quality of life and increase chances of cure.
We educate patients, help them design their treatment roadmap, standardize service providers, facilitate treatment for last-mile service delivery, connect with other survivors, and do regular follow-ups. We are leveraging technology to do this in a scalable manner. We were recognized at ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) for launching the World’s first tool to generate free directional Integrative Oncology treatment reports (ZIOPAR). We have also launched India’s first community platform CANNECT App to connect cancer patients, survivors & caregivers (akin to Quora for Integrative Oncology).
Role responsibilities:
Collect, observe and document patients medical data
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (for eg, hospitals, oncologists, etc) with reports and medical data to enable them to counsel the patient or conduct further investigations
Serve as the primary point of contact for relevant stakeholders
Attend to patients queries related to appointments and collaborating with respective departments to manage the same
Ensure appointments are booked after coordinating with internal and external members
Ensure follow-ups with relevant stakeholders before the scheduled appointment time
Ensure documentation formalities related to the patient treatment are assessed and accurate
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant stakeholders
Required Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred) with 2+ years of experience in Operations Executive (Healthcare experience preferred)
Excellent coordination and negotiation skills with problem-solving approach
Good planning and organizational skills
The flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems
