Application Modernization Innovation (AMI) delivers end-to-end technology and application solutions to enable and improve our clients’ core business operations. Cloud Engineering Services (CES) is focused on end-to-end cloud services from migration strategy into transformation and cloud operations.
Core Industry Solutions (CIS) is focused on industry vertical, sector specific solutions that drive operational change and automate the core of the business
Operations Transformation (OT) is focused on creating a flexible, innovative business model for clients supported by a strong operations foundation. CBO serves clients across Life Sciences and Health Care, Government & Public Services and Financial Services among other industries.
Core Technology Operations (CTO) offers differentiated Operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations manage their portfolio of IT applications, scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to the outcome, deliver business transformation.
Performance Testing – Consultant
A senior software tester will be expected to support software development through designing and executing the various software quality processes. The practitioner’s responsibility is to handle end to end functional modules, assist in status reporting and effectively communicate test execution defects/issues. The role requires technical skills to perform manual, automation and performance testing.
We know you have:
Required to have-
Bachelor’s Degree
Overall 2-6 years of relevant industry experience in Performance Testing tools like MicroFocus LoadRunner/Performance Center, JMeter, VSTS, Neoload, WebLOAD and/or any performance SaaS tools like BlazeMeter etc
At least 1-2 years of experience in some of the APM and Monitoring tools: Splunk/App Dynamics/Dynatrace/New relic or other open source tools etc
Strong in Object-oriented design, data structures and design patterns
Good problem solving and ability to develop optimal algorithms
Hands-on experience in writing and executing performance test scenarios for complex systems
Hands-on experience with performance test simulations, performance analysis, performance tuning, performance monitoring in a n-tier environment
Perform analysis of performance issues in Pre-production and/or Production environments in cloud and/or on-premise environments
Hands- on experience in analyzing the performance results and report the findings
Keen eye for performance, security and scalability aspects of the application
Demonstrated ability to capture key metrics, create accurate status reports and effectively communicate to the leadership teams and shake holders
Hands-on experience in defect logging, tracking and verifying defects
Study the development scope and identify components that need updates / rework
Knowledge of any of database systems like SQL Server 2k5/2k8, Oracle and db2, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
ISTQB/CSTE/ Performance Testing Certifications
Experience in working with agile setup
Experience working in onsite/offshore model
Working knowledge of test management tools like ALM/ Bugzilla / Jira /Visual Studio Test Manager etc
