Job Description : Job Status: Open and Accepting ApplicationsThe City of Molalla is seeking an administrative support specialist with experience in local government, and/or office management and practices.Salary Range $49,414-$63,971The Planning & Public Works Support Specialist works under the supervision of the Community Development Director in support of Planning, Public Works, Engineering, Code Enforcement, and Economic Development. The individual who fills this position will be the public face of the department fielding the majority of public contacts and resolving or disseminating issues as appropriate. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and will be expected to maintain the department’s digital presence on the City Website, Molalla Current Engagement Platform, and social media platforms. Experience and/or working knowledge of public meetings and public records law is preferred, but not required.
