Job Description : A new opportunity has come up with a well-known institution in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking for a PRO – Arabic Speaker In this role, you will have the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

Initiatives, reviews and manages the application / renewal process for work and residence permits and visas for all employees and dependent family members. Checks visa/work permit/residency-Emirates ID, Health insurance, visa medical test applications for completeness and accuracy in accordance with applicable laws, processes and regulations.

Prepares, coordinates and submits complete and accurate applications with supporting documents to concerned Government authorities and typing offices and follows up until completion.

Keeps up-to-date with any changes or expected changes of laws and regulations issued by the Government authorities regarding visa, work permit or other related matters.

Coordinates with health insurance providers and staff for all required services such as application, issuance, cancelation and/or replacement of insurance cards, requisitions of travel insurance coverage letters, etc.

Submits the invoices via ARMS to refill the MOI –MOL banks accounts along with the delivery notes and any other required documents for payment and forwards petty cash for reimbursement for all e dirham and credit cards with all necessary support documents

Resolves all the assigned helpdesk calls in a timely, accurate and complete manner

Arranges and maintains the section’s monthly/yearly activity sheets and shares with line manager to plan the work priority

Coordinates for Notary Public services as and when required

Coordinates for document’s translation and attestation

Highlights any potential risks, inconsistencies, concerns to the line manager.

Requirements
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Candidate must be an Arabic Speaker

With Bachelor’s degree or Diploma

With good knowledge of PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

With minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience in a visa/work application focused role in the UAE

With up-to-date knowledge of immigration and ministry of labour rules and regulations

Skilled in the related software applications (immigration software and ministry of labor, Emirates ID system and Oracle)

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written)
