What we’re looking for:
You are a passionate, results-oriented Product Manager who has been or is currently responsible for delivery of “SaaS” products. You will be a member of a product development scrum team, working closely with engineers and designers to shape the future of our product and be accountable to measure success and adoption.
Position Overview

The Product manager will drive impact through simplifying document centric workflows, electronic forms and signatures, collaboration, and user centric app creation. Demonstrate end-to-end ownership right from conceptualization to realizing business outcomes. Lead the teams with passion, empathy, and positive influence.

Continuous interaction with users to identify pain point and champion for their causes

Collaborate with Leadership, Sales, Support, Marketing , Design, Architect and Engineering teams to build strategically aligned solutions

Develop Go-to-market strategies, participate in pricing and packaging

Study adjacent/ competing technologies to stay ahead of the market

Role Responsibilities
1. Identify Problems & Priorities
Apply skills from user science, analytics, and business acumen to identify customer/ user problems.
Apply the lens of strategy, user goals and Citrix mission to prioritize problems to solve.
2. Communicate
Evangelize and communicate the product plan with leaders, internal teams, partners, and customers
Apply low fidelity design to present vision for solutions to problems.
3. Collaborate
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and architects to arrive at detailed solutions to problems.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand and eliminate obstacles to adoption and usage.
Work with Marketing to bring new features to life on various communication touch points.
Assists with partner and developer programs
4. Execute
Own the roadmap for one or more parts of the product.
Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope.
Together with engineering and design, break-down scope into launch iterations
Drive growth through try and buy and in-product upsell
5. Strategize
Develop subject matter expertise
Areas of focus including but not limited to, work management, content collaboration, e-signature, electronic forms, and business process automation
Data driven measurement of success and opportunities to incrementally transform product area
Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Computer Science or Engineering preferred

3+ years’ experience in software development industry, Product Management experience preferred

Experience with experimenting techniques

Understand the customer journey and have direct experience working with customers/ users

Experience in companies that employ modern product management and software development techniques, especially customer validation and user research techniques.

Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. Great products are all about details

Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic thinking and work hands-on

Experience working with agile cross functional product teams

Experience with customer or partner communication and relationship management

Experience presenting to both internal and external audiences

Experience with delivery of software as a service (SaaS) is a plus

Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus

Previous experience with Citrix Content Collaboration, Podio or RightSignature product lines or any competitive offerings like Box, Adobe Sign or DocuSign is a plus
