JOB TITLE: Front Desk Receptionist

REPORTS TO: Satellite Manager

HOURS OF WORK:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 500pm
40 hours week
Full time/Benefits

WAGE: Dependent upon experience and qualifications.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The receptionist is responsible for the efficient management of the front desk interacting both with patients and providers.

PRINCIPLE JOB DUTIES:
Handle multiple phone lines.
Greet patients verifying current information during check in process.
Update patient information into system.
Process payments and co-payments.
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
Assist all team members as needed.
Act as liaison between public, providers and staff, providing information and assistance to patients.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Must be Covid-19 vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated.
