Job Description : Looking for an Administrative Lead
Admin Staff will serve in the “Shelter Support” role Job duties:
-Exhibit leadership qualities and manage team
-Shelter support – Collecting data as needed, in coordination with the TVRC site lead, other agencies, and NGOs.
-Assist with client intake (registration and data entry) Non-clinical wellness checks and perimeter rounding to ensure minimal COVID-19 exposure risk to the hotel staff, shelter personnel, and other clients awaiting
-Lead group of admins and assign tasks/stations for each
-Delegate issues that arise
-Support sites needs as they arise, including general “social service” support. Shift varies, please work with site to obtain additional information
Bilingual in Spanish – client facing role
(5+ years in a leadership role/management experience)
(Experience with Microsoft, Excel, Data Entry)
Shift: 7am to 7pm (12 hours)
Hours: 60 hours weekly
*Vaccinated and boosted
*Bilingual In Spanish
Compensation: $25-$30 per/ hour based on experience
Preferred Medical Background
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:

12 hour shift
Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

Imperial, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
