Introduction:

Accountable for the successful development, engagement, testing, deployment and training for S2C applications
Ensure all applications are developed and deployed in line with the key deliverable dates as outlined by the senior team and clients, and as outlined in project plans.
Highly talented and enthusiastic individual with a superb attention to detail and an acute sense of expedience and delivery to successfully work alongside our S2C Developers on various projects
Possess Development Skills and utilize where appropriate

What will you be doing?
Support S2C development team as SME in bridging the gap between Business stakeholders and tech team.
Converting the business requirements into technical terminology so that developers are able to understand and develop as per the requirements.
Support the team of S2C Developers to provide insightful, timely, accurate and value add reporting and analytics
Ensuring the delivery of S2C as per best practices and best in class solutions.
Work with Stakeholders and the development teams on the requirements and involving in the architecture & designing of the S2C solutions
Agile business methodology understanding is essential
Ownership of release plans and co-ordination of releases
Communication – ensuring all key stakeholders understand project milestones, risks and issues
Execution – Working with global cross functional team, agree defined action plan with owners and dates and follow through to delivery.
Hands on experience in development, enhancement, and support cloud applications.
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience of P2P/S2C products like COUPA/ARIBA/ICERTIS/SAP HANA
Experience with Agile & Dev-Ops Models and tools
Able to understand high level requirements and translate into meaningful S2C requirements
Knowledge on API building & deployment
Domain Knowledge Banking Procurement
Ability to manage own work and work independently
Participate in organization activities to promote Barclays culture
Experience in Agile tools (JIRA) or similar tools.

Capable of Identifying and implementing enhancements to existing processes
Seeks to improve and develop self as well as the wider team – responds positively to development needs that are brought raised
Person Specification
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
Good team player and self-motivated
Adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
High attention to detail and quality of work
Able to create clear technical specifications from business requirements
Must have experience of working in an IT project environment and an understanding of IT and business strategies. Experience gained from outside the Bank can be very valuable particularly large organisations and/or suppliers or manufacturers
Must be committed to extolling the Barclays Values on a daily basis
Strong presentation skills and communication skills
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Strong enthusiasm for implementing solutions to shape and improve business processes
Ability to quickly learn new business domains and processes
Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure environment with changing priorities
