Saras-3D has introduced world’s first comprehensive 3D stereoscopic VR/AR learning system with exclusive app and hardware using patented technology. This is highly differentiated world-class product that is expected to change the education space in the world. We are now looking for senior sales director to join our world class technology and education team and grow the business with us.Role: – The Sales Director will manage and execute all the sales activities for the brand – devising sales plan and budget, justifying the plan to upper management, sales collaterals, sell to customer needs, building strong customer connects on-ground and identify emerging audience for our products.- Director of Business Development who will be responsible for leading a sales team.- If you’re a Sales expert with a very strong passion for execution and enjoy being hands-on and driving outcomes, this job is for you!Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) closing sales targets with focus on:Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamEnsure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales target are met as per the organization’s goalTo be a great People manager, recruit, train and retain people to achieve optimum output from the teamCreate a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growthBuild and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales teamDefine sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when requiredProvide detailed and accurate sales forecastingCompile information and data related to customer and prospect interactionsPresent sales, revenue and related reports to the management teamMust haves – Confident negotiator and ability to close the dealThe candidate must have experience in B2C, B2B Sales, and managing a large sales team. Specifically, the candidate should have:Bachelor of Technology / MBA or equivalent degree8 – 12 years of experience in Educational SalesExperienced in managing a sales team of more than 15Experience in monitoring and evaluating sales report progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behaviour with performance expectationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMentoring, coaching and people management skillsProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeDemonstrate cultural fit towards being hands-on, humility and drive a learning environmentExperience in retail sales to students/parents for educational sales is highly preferred.Salary – Commensurate with qualifications and experience at par with industry standards.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payExperience:total work: 10 years (Required)
