Job Description : Your field of responsibility
AVP- Tech and App Management Lead is responsible for coordination and project management of the FSG Tech- Technical Solutions Delivery Enterprise Management Book of Work. This group is responsible for delivering projects that span across multiple management lines within FSG Tech. Book of Work includes Life Cycle Management / End of Service Life component upgrades, the migration of message queues, Big-Data (F1), Databases etc. and the migration of applications to the CloudServe / Containers platform. The Candidate will prepare status reports, set agendas, track budgets, manage vendor resources and attend meetings with the Business sponsors, Application Development team leads, Architecture, Technical Infrastructure, Vendors, and Senior IT management. To act as support lead for Product Line coordinator (PLC) for group activities like Windows/MS365/Edge implementation. This is an opportunity to learn more about the FSG Tech systems as well as to influence and improve the efficiency in executing, governing, and reporting budget and status of large technology programs.

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Maintain and track FSG Application applications with End of Life component information, cost estimates, budget, and cost savings
Work closely with the Infrastructure team to identify hardware and software associated with applications to understand and affect the total cost of ownership savings
Maintain budget tracking for all programs
Create Governance decks and monthly status reports
Perform CS SDF Project Management tasks and update the tool coordinating across the application owners
To track and report on various control measures like e-inventory data quality, MAS, GIBC, Get Compliant Dashboard, Security Violation and Vulnerabilities for FSG
Must have outstanding communication skills with experience coordinating across multiple groups and running effective meetings
Excellent Excel skills for tracking project work per application as well as budget and savings
Proficient Power-Point skills with experience creating Governance decks for management
Solid knowledge/experience in working with OnePPM and budget tracking
Genuine enthusiasm for teamwork
Must be well organized and task oriented
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years or greater experience in IT
Knowledge of Infrastructure a plus
