To Audit end to end Renewal Notice generation and accuracy and highlighting issues / gaps for fixation
To Audit end to end policy conversion process through various Platforms and highlighting issues / gaps for fixation
Sampling and analyzing Customer grievance cases, to identify process gaps and further highlighting issues / gaps for fixation
Vendor Payment amount and TAT Audit
Data sanity and issues in Renewal Tool
Accuracy in all Digital Campaigns and Contact Centre data allocation
MIS accuracy and frequency review
