Job Description
The Training Development Specialist involves works with the training team to coordinate, revise, develop and update training materials for our software. The focus of this position is to provide support to the training team and manager to help facilitate training activities at ResNexus.
The hospitality industry has many interesting and fun people to work with, and many of our clients are small business owners with great stories to tell. This position will take an active role in increasing the product knowledge of our new and existing team members and customer’s. We are willing to train the right candidates, but the skills and experience listed below would be a plus.
Preferred skills and experience:
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, Internet, Email, etc.)
Basic typing proficiency: 45-60 WPM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organized and able to multitask
Self-starter
Highly Desired Skills and Experience:
Advanced computer/software skills
Previous experience in a call center or providing technical support
High level of problem solving skills and troubleshooting
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required experience:
Training or Technical Support: 1 year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
