Job Description : About the Team
Our Procurement Travel Services team is dedicated to enhance the business travel experience for employees and ensure their safety and well-being. We are looking for a high-performing travel manager who has strong customer service experience with an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end corporate travel landscape.
This person will play a key role in supporting travel program on a global level and also be involved in daily operational work supporting our employees and should be comfortable with working at both a strategic and a tactical level.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the first contact for employees to drive adoption. Provide excellent customer service to solve employees’ problems during the travel in real time
2. Promote travel programs to ensure our employees have deep understanding of travel processes and policies
3. Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with regional suppliers such as TMC, Airlines and Hotels to provide best-in-class service
4. Be the key point of contact between the company and suppliers to drive improvements and take charge of ad hoc projects
5. Analyze data for program improvement and process optimization. Always strive to improve user satisfaction
1. Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or communications
2. 3+ years of working experience in the travel and hospitality industry
3. Strong working knowledge of travel industry. Excellent understanding of procurement process
4. Strong customer-service focus and interpersonal skills
5. Experience with coordinating multi-tasks and projects with internal stakeholders and suppliers
6. Open to travel as needed
