Job Description : Summary:The Account Manager is responsible for winning new accounts, expanding existing accounts, and providing exceptional service to all active and prospective customers. The Account Manager works directly with recruiting and customer support to ensure that the clients’ hiring needs and the contract employees’ expectations are met.Responsibilities:Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner by winning new accounts and expanding current account relationshipsEstablish a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources, referrals, networking and cold callingEstablish opportunities to present our value-proposition to strategic Senior Executive and Management level contactsPresent information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growthMaximize existing relationships by engaging clients as their primary touch point and making sure that all lines of business within IMPACT are representedSet and attend face to face meetings with decision makers; ask appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needsEnsure that client needs are met by taking fully vetted requirements, prioritizing the requirements, and seeking feedback on our performanceMaximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms ensuring that the rates are in line with market standardsQualifications:A strong work ethic and sense of commitmentPast history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environmentAble to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environmentClosing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrityExcellent communication, presentation and customer service skillsProficient using social media including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook etc.INDHIGHJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payWork Location: One location
