Job Description : Young Technology Scholars is our high school summer program. We are looking for someone with atleast 1-2 years of work experience, strong leadership and organizational ability, creative out-of-the-box thinking, openness, and willingness and flexibility to learn in a start-up environment, to manage the program.
You would be called upon to
Plan and strategize outreach by identifying schools where we can conduct student sessions and participate in career fairs to reach out to our target audience
Coordinate and design the communication material that is needed for outreach purposes including website, collaterals, video, and video blogs
Own and drive the entire admission process by nurturing and engaging the leads, screening applications, interviewing and finally rolling out the offers
Plan the academic vertical and engage with Global Faculty and Teaching Assistants to curate a comprehensive academic plan for the summer program
