Your Role
The Medicare Enrollment team handles all aspects of the Medicare enrollment process. The Intermediate Medicare Enrollment Processor will report to the Medicare Enrollment team supervisor. In this role, you will process enrollment and plan change applications, determine enrollment eligibility, conduct customer outreach via telephone and correspondence to obtain missing information, manage incoming email and correspondence requests, provide timely vendor processor feedback, and manage multiple fallout reports.
Your Work
In this role, you will:
Regularly contact internal and external customers and business partners to verify or obtain additional information to complete processing work.
Process member level enrollment and cancellations.
Make decisions based on review of source documents for routine and difficult processing issues.
Research information as appropriate to resolve problem encounters.
Access and update many complex computer screens.
Manage multiple fallout reports, making corrections and providing feedback as needed.
Manage incoming receipts and prepare and send work to the vendor processing team.
Collaborate with peers and intradepartmental partners to continuously improve processes.
Your Knowledge and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
0-2 years of Medicare experience required
Experience with FACETS required
Experience with MAM preferred
