WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE?

Process client service requests, including account updates, distributions and contributions.
Communicate with clients for all account opening activities and process opening of accounts.
Work collaboratively with various teams within the firm to resolve and follow up on client requests and issues.
Take initiative in finding innovative solutions to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions.
Help build and improve upon client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED?

Bachelor’s degree
1+ years experience in Financial Client Services
High degree of accuracy, detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
Self-starter with strong aptitude to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
