Job Description : Responsibilities
Counselor (Master’s degree required)

Position: Per Diem

Shift: Days (Varied)

Summery of Duties:
To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

For over 50-years, the Calvary Healing Center has provided leading residential and outpatient addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers a 50-bed residential treatment program for drug and alcohol addiction, while also providing a separate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. A standalone 18-bed detox facility is also on-site and located in a separate wing to better address the needs of those who require extra care before officially entering the treatment program.

Qualifications

Counselor Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in counseling related field, and one year of experience.
Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
